This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use withhimhealing.com and any of our products and services, including the free interactive Bible study workbooks, online Bible studies, in-person Bible studies, books, and events at which Daisy Rice is invited to speak (together, the "Service").

Study and Workbook Information: The interactive Bible study workbooks allow you to write reflections and answers. Where the Service saves this content for you, it may be stored so you can return to it. Your written reflections are personal, and we treat them as such.

Registration Information: If you register for an online study, in-person study, or event, we collect the information needed to reserve your place and communicate with you about it.

Payment and Donation Information: Payments and donations are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers; payment details are handled directly by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

Contact Form Information: When you reach us through our contact form (hosted by Tally), we receive the information you choose to submit.

Usage Information: We may collect information about how you use the Service, such as pages visited, features used, and general session activity, to help us maintain and improve the Service.

  • Create and manage your account and any membership;
  • Save and return your workbook reflections where that feature is available;
  • Register you for studies and events and communicate with you about them;
  • Process payments and donations and manage billing, including any free trial and recurring charges;

  • Monitor for fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service;

  • Service providers, such as Supabase (our database and authentication provider), Stripe (our payment and donation processor), and Tally (our contact form provider), solely to operate the Service;
  • Platforms used to host online studies or events, to the extent necessary to provide your access;
  • Legal authorities, if required to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Account and study data is stored using Supabase, a third-party database provider. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we may retain certain information as required for legal, accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Your Choices

You may update your account information at any time by contacting us. You may request that we delete your account and associated personal data, including saved workbook reflections, subject to any information we are required to retain for legal or accounting purposes, by reaching us through our contact form.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service does not have a stated minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner inconsistent with applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information improperly, please contact us so we can address it.
